Inspection conducted in reference to an illness complaint. Manager was not aware of the complaint prior to the inspection. Manager on duty stated that there had been no ill employees report to work ill in the previous two weeks. Verified that establishment does have an employee health policy in place. Manager stated that there had been no interruption in electricity or water in the specified time frame. Manager stated that there had been no issues with cold holding or hot holding equipment recently. Complaint closed and unverifiable
