An illness complaint inspection conducted in conjunction with a routine inspection in reference to a complaint received by the Department. Complainant stated potential concerns regarding becoming ill after eating at the establishment. Facility was not aware of the identified complaint, nor have received any additional complaints. Complaint is Closed and Unverifiable. The following item is a repeat risk factor violation. 10. Person in charge stated he will find another storage area for the equipment that is obstructing the hand washing station. Follow-up will be completed on or after 8/28/2026 by Physical Recheck.
