Routine inspection conducted in reference to an illness complaint. Manager was aware of the complaint. Manager stated that there have been no employees report to work ill in the previous two weeks. Manager stated that there have been no equipment issues, disruption in electricity or water in the specified time frame. Establishment has an employee health policy in place. Temperature logs properly maintained for salad bar and walk in cooler. Photos attached. Complaint closed and unverifiable
