Verified current Certified Food Protection Manager is on staff. IN regards to violations; Report item #5. Establishment stated that they have written norovirus clean up procedures, however, they could not be located during the inspection. Manager agrees to send the inspector a photo of the procedures by no later than 1/24/2026, and also to make the procedures easily accessible in the event they are needed. Report item #23. Manager agrees to train staff to date mark prepared food items with a prepare and discard date (not to exceed the 7-day limit). Follow-up will be completed on or after 1/24/2026 by Physical Recheck.
