All bar dishes are cleaned in back of house. Failure to use the agreed hand wash sink arrangement or future outs noted for hand washing violations may result in the requirement to install a separate and dedicated hand wash only sink. 16. Follow up will occur to ensure compliance of dish machine. 57. Person in charge agrees to renew their food license within 5 business days.
