OBSERVED BLACK TAPE APPLIED ALONG THE CORNERS AND EDGES OF HANDSINK IN TODDLER ROOM WHERE CAULKING WAS MISSING. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE THE TAPE AND PROPERLY RECAULK THE AREA TO PROVIDE A SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE SURFACE.
