There were Charcuterie trays in the customer display cooler that had internal temperatures of 45*F. Trays out of temperature were discarded. CORRECTED. (The plastic display cover was not down. After placing cover on unit, the surface/ambient temperature of the unit decreased to 41*F. Establishment will ensure that the plastic cover remains shut. Inspector discussed increased monitoring of internal temperatures of products in the unit).
