  1. Beans on stovetop were at 88-124. Stovetop was not turned on. CORRECTED. (Staff was unsure of what was being done with the beans or how long they were out of temperature. Beans were discarded. Person-in-charge provided education to staff to ensure product does not sit out at room temperature). 2. Rice in the left section of the front hot holding line had internal temperatures of 112-123*F. Water temperature of the left section steam well was at 112*F. Rice was discarded. New rice was placed into unit and was placed under a 2 hour time control. Rice was time-stamped. Establishment will temporarily utilize a 2-hour time control for rice for food safety at the front hot holding unit until repairs are made. All rice shall be time-stamped. RE-INSPECTION REQUIRED.
