Quaternary sanitizer at the 3-compartment sink that the smoked meats department uses was not reading on test strips. CORRECTED. (Sanitizer from hose dispenser has proper concentrations. Sanitizer from hose will be used to fill 3-compartment sink until dispenser can be maintenanced).
