Product in the juice reach-in cooler had internal temperatures of 48-55*F. Ambient observed at 46-50*F. Product just placed in cooler less than 2 hours previous were moved to working cooler. Remaining products were discarded. CORRECTED. (Reach-in cooler was overstocked and employee stated they observed the door not fully closed throughout parts of morning shift. After keeping door closed, ambient temperature decreased to 38-41*F. Person-in-charge will continue to monitor temperatures and ensure doors are kept closed. Person-in-charge will also ensure unit is not overfilled with products).
