1) Floors throughout have accumulations of trash, food spillage, and other residue; under the dishwasher area (REPEAT), under prep tables, under cooking equipment (REPEAT), in the dry storage area, and under the bulk can shelves. 2) The walls behind the make tables, and prep tables along the cooking line, prep table near the water heater, and prep table by the reach-in freezer have food splatter. 3) The handwashing sink area at the cooks line has residue accumulation;the wall and paper towel dispenser.
