There is an accumulation of mouse droppings in the dry storage area. *RE-INSPECTION REQUIRED* PEST CONTROL PROBLEMS The following requirements must be met to be corrected on 6-501.111: 1. Clean & sanitize all areas where evidence of pests is found. 2. Perform an inspection/treatment of the facilities for rodents. 3. Complete all cleaning violations listed in this report. 4. Continue to monitor for new activity daily. Clean and sanitize areas where new activity is found. In addition, it is recommended that all open packages of food be placed into plastic containers with lids to keep rodents out of the food.
