Green beans in reach-in cooler had an internal temperature of 47-48*F. Person-in-charge stated that the green beans were placed in the reach-in cooler to cool overnight. CORRECTED. (Green beans were discarded. Inspector provided signage for cooling temperatures and timeframes and discussed cooling methods). Note - Reach-in cooler had ambient temperature of 39-41*F.
