Observed large containers of prepared noodles/pasta salad in the top and bottom section of the make-table/make-table reach-in cooler with internal temperatures of 51-56*F. Person-in-charge was unsure of when noodles had been placed in the cooler. Eggs placed in cooler at same time had internal temperatures of 38*F and ambient temperature of unit was at 38-41*F. CORRECTED. (Noodles were discarded).
