  Observed 1x dented can of tomatoes on the can storage rack along the back prep line. Person in charge discarded the can.

  Observed there to be no paper towels at the hand sink at the back prep line. Person in charge supplied paper towels.

  Observed a knife and food storage containers stored on and inside the basin of the hand sink along the back prep line. Person in charge removed the items. Observed ice being dumped inside the hand sink at the end of the cooks line. Person in charge educated employees on using the hand sink for handwashing purposes only.

  Observed grease build-up on the ansul lines under the hood vents on the cooks line. Observed grease build-up in between the fryer and large flat top grill.

  Observed ice build-up on the condenser unit pipe inside the walk-in freezer. Observed dust build-up on the shelving above the right side of the expo line.

  Observed there to be a back-up at the floor drain of the three compartment sink while conducting the three compartment sink test. Person in charge was able to fix the backup at the floor drain after an additional test.

  Observed dust build-up on the ceiling vent inside the employee restroom. Observed dust build-up on the ceiling vents above the dry storage with chips. Observed dust build-up on the ceiling vents inside the men's and women's restrooms. Person in charge cleaned the vents (Corrected on-site). Observed a rusted ceiling vent above the three compartment sink in the ware washing area.
