  Observed kitchen sanitizer bucket with low concentration below 200-300ppm. Person in charge made new sanitizer bucket at 200-300ppm at time of inspection.

  Observed no hand dry paper towels in kitchen handwashing sink. Person in charge add hand drying paper towels at time of inspection.
