Observed box of single-service items stored on the floor under left prep table. Person in charge had employee move single-service items at time of inspection.

Using a Handwashing Sink - A handwashing sink is not maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use; is being used for purposes other than handwashing or is not being used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions

Observed ice inside right handwashing sink. Person in charge melted ice at time of inspection.

Before Use After Cleaning - Utensils and food-contact surfaces of equipment are not sanitized before use after cleaning.

Observed no bucket of sanitizer in kitchen. Person in charge had employee make bucket of quat sanitizer testing between 200-400 ppm at time of inspection.

Designated dressing rooms/lockers not used by employees

Observed multiple employee food items stored inside kitchen white fridge. Person in charge had employee removed items at time of inspection.
