Observed no label on 3 chemical spray bottles at mop sink. Person in charge identified spay bottles and placed label at time of inspection.

Before Use After Cleaning - Utensils and food-contact surfaces of equipment are not sanitized before use after cleaning.

Observed quat sanitizer testing below 200 ppm. Person in charge remade bucket of sanitizer testing between 200-400 ppm at time of inspection.

When to Wash - Food Employees did not clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms according to Food Code guidelines.

Observed person in charge to switch tasks and put gloves on without washing hands previously. Inspector asked person in charge to wash hands and put new gloves on.
