  Refrigerated Medicines, Storage - Medicines belonging to employees or to children in a day care center that require refrigeration and are stored in a food refrigerator were not stored in a package or container and kept inside a covered, leakproof container that is identified as a container for the storage of medicines; and/or were not located so they are inaccessible to children.

  Observed medication in Turbo air cooler in basement to not be stored properly. Person in charge placed medication in covered container and placed employee medication identification on container.

  Observed build up on M3 reach in cooler fan guards in basement. Observed build up on outside of microwave. Observed build up on wooden shelving throughout upstairs prep area.
