  Observed 1x spray can of Hot Shot stored inside the office. Person in charge discarded the can.

  Observed debris and grease build-up on floor underneath the fryers and broiler along the cooks line. Observed dust build-up on the light coverings, ceiling tiles and vents throughout the kitchen.

  Observed dust build-up on the fan guards inside the walk-in cooler and freezer. Observed ice build-up inside the bunker freezer on the right side of the fryers.
