Upon acceptance of the permit issued by the regulatory authority, the permit holder in order to retain the permit shall: Post the permit in a location in the food establishment that is conspicuous to Consumers; Mount permanent business name to the outside of the establishment in a conspicuous location

Observed no 2026 food permit posted.

Before Use After Cleaning - Utensils and food-contact surfaces of equipment are not sanitized before use after cleaning.

Observed no Quat sanitizer bucket on site. Person in charge made bucket and testing between 200-400ppm at the time of inspection.

Using a Handwashing Sink - A handwashing sink is not maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use; is being used for purposes other than handwashing or is not being used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions

Observed mop bucket in front of the hand sink next to the 3 compartment sink. Person in charge moved mop bucket at the time of inspection.

Openings to outside not protected against entry of pest as specified in the Food Code; and/or Protective barriers not provided for exterior walls/roofs

Observed the back door open. Person in charge closed door at the time of inspection.

Equipment not maintained free of encrusted grease/soil deposits

Observed grease build up on the sides and drawers of the grills and fryers.

Nonfood-contact surfaces not cleaned at frequency to prevent buildup of residue

Observed heavy ice build up in the walk in freezer.

Physical facilities not maintained in good repair & cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean

Observed grease build up on the floors by the grills and fryers.
