  Observed spray bottle with liquid in it on shelf to the left of dump sink to not have name label on it. Person in charge provided label at time of inspection.

  Observed chlorine (bleach) sanitizer in bucket by front counter to be above 100ppm. Person in charge remade sanitizer to be in proper range at time of inspection.

  Observed 2 door reach in cooler #2 (right of 3 door freezer) to be holding temperature above 41F. Person in charge stated temp raises as a result of putting hot food in cooler. less than 1 hour ago(***see temp log***). Person in charge removed TCS food and place in other cooler at time of inspection.
