  Observed an employee in the back grill line pick an item up off the floor, discard the item, and go back to performing food tasks. Person in charge directed employee to change gloves, wash hands, and explained proper handwashing procedures.

  Observed 4 dented cans of assorted canned goods in the dry storage area. Person in charge removed the items to be returned.
