  Sanitizers, Criteria - Chemical sanitizers and other chemical antimicrobials applied to food-contact surfaces did not meet the requirements of the Food Code.

  Observed bucket of chlorine sanitizer to be below 50ppm. Person in charge remade at time of inspection.

  Observed ceiling tiles in dry storage room to not be smooth, durable, easily cleanable and nonabsorbent. As tiles become damaged they must be replaced with tiles that are smooth, durable, easily cleanable, non-absorbent, and light in color.
