  Observed light gap between front double doors of establishment. Observed light gap under and on right side of screen door of exit in main kitchen.

  Observed ceiling tile surrounding vent in employee toilet room to be in disrepair. Observed stained ceiling tiles throughout main kitchen area. As ceiling tiles become damaged they must be replaced with tiles that are smooth, durable, easily cleanable, non-absorbent, and light in color.

  Observed chlorine sanitizer of ware wash machine to be below 50-100ppm. Person in charge fixed at time of inspection.

  Observed build up on pipes and floor at left end of main cook line. Observed build up on inner walls of deep freeze to the left of ice machine.
