  Observed two spatulas stored on wiping cloth in front of flat top grill. Person in charge removed wiping cloths and replaced with cleaned and sanitized metal sheet tray at time of inspection. Observed tongs stored in room temperature water in front of grill. Person in charge moved container and tongs to ware wash area and replaced with clean empty container and tongs at time of inspection.
