Observed no soap at kitchen handwashing sink. Person in charge supplied soap.

Cold Holding - Time/temperature control for safety cold food was not maintained at temperatures in accordance with the Food Code.

Observed shrimp in ice bath to be cold holding above 41 degrees. Person in charge moved shrimp to walk in to cool.

Nonfood-contact surfaces not cleaned at frequency to prevent buildup of residue

Observed vent hood build up along cook line.

In-use utensils not properly stored between uses

Observed ice scoop handle down in ice machine. Person in charge removed ice scoop.

Receptacle in women's toilet room not covered

Observed no covered receptacles in women's restroom.
