  Observed grease build-up on the hood vents above the cooks line. Observed grease build-up in between and on the sides of the fryers along the cooks line.

  Observed a large hole in wall next to the 2 door reach-in cooler. Observed debris build-up on the floor and wall underneath the dry storage shelves across from the mop sink. Observed grease and food debris build-up underneath the cooks line equipment. Observed debris build-up underneath the make table, low boy and dry storage shelf across from the cooks line.
