  Observed the floor drain backing up at the compartment sink. Plumber arrived on site and snaked drain at time of inspection. Drain was able to drain water at the time of inspection.

  Observed the floor drain pipe unit to be below the flood level of the 3 compartment sink drain. Plumber arrived onsite and cut pipe to be above flood level at time of inspection. Observed sanitizer hose and soap hose in the flood level of the 3 compartment sink. Person in charge raised hoses above 3 compartment sink flood level at time of inspection.
