Observed grease build up on floor under fry located in kitchen area. At time of inspection by authorized REGULATORY AUTHORITY inspectors: (1) A certified food service operations manager must be present in the food service area and on duty at all times of business operation, and must present a FOOD MANAGER PERMIT or card to the authorized REGULATORY AUTHORITY inspector at the time of inspection, or; (2) For food service operations where no manager is certified, eighty percent (80%) of required food handler staff shall obtain a (3) three years FOOD HANLDER CARD from the City of Kansas City, Missouri Health Department either upon completion of a FOOD HANDLER'S course through the Health Department or upon the Health Department's approval of a comparable FOOD HANDLER PERMIT or card from another provider.

Observed build-up and debris in small black deep freezer located in hallway in back of establishment. Observed build-up on large standing mixer located in kitchen area. Observed build-up and debris on tray under grill located in kitchen. In-use utensils not properly stored between uses

Observed scoop handle down in cooked rice inside of rice cooker located in kitchen. Person in charge had scoop removed at time of inspection.

Observed bottle of Windex on storage shelf with food items located in back storage are of kitchen. Person in charge had Windex removed at time of inspection.

Dressing rooms not designated if employees change on-site; and/or Lockers not provided for employee belongings

Observed employee phone on storage shelf located above prep table located in kitchen area. Person in charge had phone removed at time of inspection.

Maintaining & Using Handwashing Sinks - Handwashing sinks are not kept clean, maintained and/or used as specified in the Food Code.

Observed dirty rag in hand sink located in kitchen area. Person in charge had rag removed at time of inspection.
