  Observed no paper towels at hand sink by 3 compartment sink. Person in charge provided paper towels at time of inspection.

  Observed ice build up in back left corner of walk-in freezer. Observed ice build up throughout 1 door table top display cooler. Observed build up around base of faucet at hand sink to the left of drive thru.

  Observed prep line make table and low boy to be holding temperatures above 41F (***see temp log***). Person in charge moved contents to ice baths,got temperatures of contents to correct levels, and instructed staff to not store TCS foods in make table low boy at time of inspection.
