Observed dented can of olives on can rack in back kitchen. Person in charge removed can of olives at time of inspection.

Common Name, Working Containers - Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies are not clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material.

Observed no label on spray bottle on chemical storage rack. Person in charge identified spray bottle as cleaning supplies and discarded bottle at time of inspection.

Lighting intensity not adequate in food prep, storage & service areas

Observed light out at right side of left hood vent in front kitchen.

Cold Holding - Time/temperature control for safety cold food was not maintained at temperatures in accordance with the Food Code.

Observed ham and boiled eggs in salad bar temping above 41 degrees (see temp log). Person in charge placed items on ice at time of inspection.
