Observed food items in the reach in coolers and make table/lowboy cooler to not be date marked.

Observed employee drink on shelf next to knives. Observed employee drink on counter next to dump sink.

Food is not stored as required by the Food Code

Observed cooking oil stored on floor in kitchen.

Utensils/food-contact surfaces not made of safe, durable, smooth materials

Observed food in freezers downstairs freezer to be held in grocery style bags.

Physical facilities not maintained in good repair & cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean

Observed stair railing to be in disrepair.

Nonfood-contact surfaces not cleaned at frequency to prevent buildup of residue

Observed build up on vent hoods. *Repeat violation, will be assessed at re-inspection* Observed build up on sides of fryer and stove. Observed build up on outside of microwave. Observed build up on emergency light above 3 compartment sink.

Observed no time stamp/log on chicken in kitchen.

Plumbing system not maintained in good repair

Observed leak coming from middle compartment of 3 compartment sink. Observed back up coming from 3rd compartment of 3 compartment sink. *Establishment has a functioning dishwasher*

Scratched cutting boards not resurfaced or discarded

Observed make table cutting boards to be scratched and stained. *Repeat violation, will be assessed at re-inspection*
