Observed 2 door reach in cooler to be holding temperature above 41F (***see temp log***). Temperature log from staff showed temperature of 30F taken at 730a this morning. Person in charge removed products at time of inspection. Contents that could be frozen were placed in freezer, other contents put in milk bunker or discarded.
