  Observed several meat containers with no date label in back area walk in cooler. Person in charge labeled containers at time of inspection.

  Observed ice build up on walk in freezer pipes. Observed dust build up above walk in freezer door.

  Observed quat sanitizer bucket to be under 200ppm. Person in charge replaced sanitizer bucket with a new one between 200-400 ppm at time of inspection.

  Observed build up above nozzles on soda dispenser. Person in charge cleaned build up at time of inspection.
