  Observed a large speaker stored on top of the hand sink by the ware washing area. Person in charge removed the speaker.

  Observed there to be no hand soap at the hand sink in the men's restroom. Person in charge supplied soap to the hand sink.

  Observed 1x container of chicken wings, 1x container of string cheese and 1x container of shredded cheese without date labels. Person in charge stated the items were prepped on 4/29 and placed date markings on all three containers.
