Observed build up on can opener blade. Person in charge cleaned and sanitized can opener blade at the time of inspection.

Before Use After Cleaning - Utensils and food-contact surfaces of equipment are not sanitized before use after cleaning.

Observed no sanitizer bucket made for prep area. Person in charge made quat sanitizer bucket for area at the time of inspection.

Hand Drying Provision - Each handwashing sink, or group of adjacent sinks, is not provided with Individual, disposable towels; a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; a heated-air hand drying device; or a hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures.

Observed no paper towels at front expo hand sink. ***REPEAT VIOLATION WILL BE ASSESSED IN 3-10 DAYS.***
