Observed pepperoni tawing inside still water at the 3 compartment sink. Person in charge discarded pepperoni at time of inspection.

Common Name, Working Containers - Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies are not clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material.

Observed no label on chemical spray bottle right of 3 compartment sink. Person in charge identified the bottle as sanitizer and placed label at time of inspection.

Upon acceptance of the permit issued by the regulatory authority, the permit holder in order to retain the permit shall: Post the permit in a location in the food establishment that is conspicuous to Consumers; Mount permanent business name to the outside of the establishment in a conspicuous location
