  Observed there to be no label on the spray bottle of window cleaner stored above the hand sink. Person in charge placed a label on the bottle.

  Observed 1x open mouse snap trap under the 1 door reach-in cooler and 2x underneath the dry food storage shelf. Person in charge discarded all three traps.
