  Observed ice build-up inside the white bunker freezers inside the dry storage walk-in and farthest from the cooks line. Observed build-up on the shelving inside the white fridge. Observed build-up on the Ansul lines underneath the hood vents at the cooks line.

  Observed food being stored inside paint buckets inside the white fridge. Person in charge discarded the food and buckets.
