1. Nonsewage water from the spray station, warewashing station, and three compartment station is not properly being drained due to improper plumbing floor plans to the faciltiy. 2. Plumbing discharge pipes to the warewashing machine is not directly centered to floor drain to ensure proper drainage. (inspector observed a plastic trash bag being used to redirect the water to be disposed into the floor drain. ***CAUSING WATER TO POUR INTO HALLWAYS OUTSIDE OF THE KITCHEN WALLS.
