  Observed a box of frozen shrimp on the floor inside the walk-in freezer. Person in charge placed the box on a shelf.

  Observed dust build-up on the wall vent above the walk-in freezer and walk-in coolers.

  Observed a mop stored in the mop bucket with soiled water in the mop sink room. Person in charge hanged up the mop.

  Observed the chlorine dish machine to have a concentration of 0ppm. Person in charge was able to have a Prime technician come out to fix the dish machine.
