  RTE TCS, Date Marking - Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared and held in a food establishment for more than 24 hours was not clearly marked to indicate the date or day by which the food shall be consumed on the premises, sold, or discarded, in accordance with the Food Code.

  Observed no make date on cook squares chicken, beef, lamb in one door reach in. Person in charge add date at time of inspection.

  Observed cut lamb in grocery bags inside freezer. Person in charge moved to a zip lock bags at time of inspection.

  Observed no drain plugs available. Person in charge ask person to get drain plugs at time of inspection to do 3 compartment sink test.

  Observed build up inside microwave. Person in charge clean it at time of inspection.

  Observed Cooked beef inside 1 door reach in at 50F***. Person in charge moved food to different reach in to get beef at 41 and below at time of inspection.(see temp log).
