Observed build up on soda snozzle at drive thru soda machine. Person in charge cleaned at time of inspection.

Physical facilities not maintained in good repair & cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean

Observed build up on wall behind and to the lower left of soda hose bibs by walk-in freezer.

Floor to wall junctures not covered; Water-flushed floors not provided with drains & graded to drain

Observed floor to wall juncture to be in disrepair at the following locations: To the left of double door lobby exit To the right of single door lobby exit Behind large cylinders in dry storage room.

Equipment not maintained free of encrusted grease/soil deposits

Observed build up on left side of far left fryer in cook line. Observed dust build up on back of equipment throughout cook line.

Nonfood-contact surfaces not cleaned at frequency to prevent buildup of residue

Observed build up on pipe on far left end of cook line. Observed build up on floor under two far fry fryers in the cook line. Observed build up on racks on both sides inside 2 door reach in hot hold. Observed build up on back side of front lip of hood vent system.
