  Observed leak at plumbing fixture under the middle basin of the 3 compartment sink. Person in charge had maintenance employee fix leak at time of inspection.

  Observed dirty "clean" knife stored in knife holder on wall next to grill. Person in charge removed knife and placed it in the ware washing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized at time of inspection.
