  RTE TCS, Date Marking - Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared and held in a food establishment for more than 24 hours was not clearly marked to indicate the date or day by which the food shall be consumed on the premises, sold, or discarded, in accordance with the Food Code.

  Observed 1 container of sliced onions in the 2 door reach in cooler to not have a date. Observed 3 containers of salsa in the silver reach in cooler to not have a date. Person in charge placed a date on all food containers at the time of inspection.

  Observed 1 container of beef and chicken cooling on the prep table in the kitchen for 45 minutes. Person in charge placed the food containers inside the reach in cooler at the time of inspection.
