Observed no hand drying paper towels in towel dispenser in kitchen hand washing sink and in right bathroom. Person in charge add hand drying paper towels at time fo inspection.

Observed aluminum pizza tray in kitchen hand washing sink. person in charge removed aluminum pizza tray to 3 compartment sink at time of inspection.

Removing Dead or Trapped Birds, Insects, Rodents, and Other Pests.

Observed dead mice under mop sink back area. Person in charge throw away dead mice at time of inspection.
