Cold Holding - Time/temperature control for safety cold food was not maintained at temperatures in accordance with the Food Code.

Observed raw chicken breast held above 42 degrees at the make table. Person in charge placed the chicken in the walk in cooler at time of inspection. (see temp log)

Identifying Information - Containers of poisonous or toxic materials and personal care items do not bear a legible manufacturer's label.

Observed a bottle of Clorox without a label above the 3 compartment sink. Person in charge labeled the bottle at time of inspection.

Using a Handwashing Sink - A handwashing sink is not maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use; is being used for purposes other than handwashing or is not being used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions

Observed ice in the hand sink at expo station. (REPEAT VIOLATION WILL ASSESS IN 3-10 DAYS)

Equipment & Food-Contact Cleaning Frequency - Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned according to the Food Code.

Observed buildup in the bar gun nozzles at the bar. Person in charge washed, rinsed and sanitized nozzles at time of inspection.

Restricted Use Pesticides - Restricted use pesticides did not meet the requirements specified in the Food Code.

Observed Zevo insect killer under the bar. Person in charge discarded Zevo at time of inspection.

Designated dressing rooms/lockers not used by employees

Observed an employee cell phone stored on the make table. Person in charge moved phone at time of inspection.

Hair restraints & clothes that cover body hair not worn by employees

Observed 3 employees without beard guards.
