Equipment & Food-Contact Cleaning Frequency - Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned according to the Food Code.

Observed build-up on face plate of Frappe machine located on front service line. Person in charge had area cleaned at time of inspection.

Physical facilities not maintained in good repair & cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean

Observed grease build-up on floor located under grill located in kitchen area.

Hand Drying Provision - Each handwashing sink, or group of adjacent sinks, is not provided with Individual, disposable towels; a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; a heated-air hand drying device; or a hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures.

Observed no paper towels for drying hands located at hand sink next to office in main kitchen. Person in charge provided roll of paper towels at time of inspection.
