Observed hanging fly trap located above front drink station, Back door and storage area. Person in charge had traps removed at time of inspection.

Plumbing system not maintained in good repair

Observed drip leak under 2nd basin of 3 compartment sink at backflow preventor located in ware wash area. Observed 2nd basin of 3 compartment sink to not close off to retain water located in ware wash area.

Designated dressing rooms/lockers not used by employees

Observed employee phones located in kitchen prep area on top of cooler and on main service line. Person in charge had phones removed at time of inspection. *****REPEAT VIOLATION, WILL REINSPECT IN 3 TO 10 DAYS*****

Nonfood-contact surfaces not cleaned at frequency to prevent buildup of residue

Observed build-up inside of drip tray and holder of drink dispenser located in drive-thru. Person in charge had area cleaned at time of inspection. Observed water build-up in lower compartment of coffee/ drink cooler located on front service line. Person in charge had area cleaned at time of inspection. Observed debris and ice build-up in bottom of reach-in cooler located next to chicken fryer station. Person in charge had area cleaned at time of inspection.
